Data we process
- Contact forms: name, email and message. Depending on the form, also phone, company, project type and budget.
- Call booking: name, email, day and time.
- Site assistant: the conversation text. If you leave an email or phone number, those details too.
- Audience measurement: identifiers set by Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity when you open the site.
- Chosen language, stored in this browser (localStorage), not sent as an account record.
Why
To answer the request, prepare the call and continue the assistant conversation. Audience measurement shows how the site is used.
Forms, bookings and contact details you send rely on your consent when you submit them. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load when you open the site; there is no prior banner.
Who else is involved
Cloudflare hosts the site and, on forms that use it, checks with Turnstile that the request is not automated. Mailgun sends the email. Google provides Analytics. Microsoft provides Clarity. Those providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; their documentation describes the safeguards they apply.
How long
Contact, booking and conversation data are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a later relationship exists, for that relationship and the legal retention periods. Measurement follows Google’s and Microsoft’s periods.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at hola@digitup.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
We do not hand this data to a third party for their own use. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects.
