The problem is when properties, conversations and opportunities live in different systems: CRM, portals, WhatsApp, email, website, calendar, documents and Excel.
Clients asking about properties, viewings, documents and offers.
Leads arriving from multiple sources.
Photos, documents, statuses and price changes.
Needs that evolve with every conversation.
Coordination, changes, reminders and follow-up.
Leads that disappear because nobody followed up in time.
We don’t have to replace them if they work. We build around them: AI, WhatsApp, matching, automations, portals, dashboards and documents.

Digitup Studio projects start at €1,000 and are delivered from 2 weeks. Above that minimum, the price depends on what the tool does, which channels it works in, which systems it connects to (CRM, portals, calendar, documents) and how much information it handles. A simple assistant for your website sits closer to the minimum; matching connected to your CRM or a development sales platform costs more. Once we see how you sell, we propose scope, phases and a budget. Depending on the project, payment can be by milestones, spread over 6 or 12 months or as a monthly fee, as we explain in how we work.
The minimum delivery time is 2 weeks, for small, well-defined pieces. A first working version can usually be validated within weeks if the scope is clear; a system connected to the CRM, the portals and WhatsApp, or a full platform for developments, may need more phases. We don't work with a standard number of weeks: we set the schedule after seeing your process. We build custom software in parts: you can start with WhatsApp and a unified inbox and add matching, viewings, an owner portal or a dashboard later. If you need something ready in under 2 weeks, we are probably not the right option.
Yes, as long as each tool lets us access its data: through an API, an export or the lead notifications that already arrive by email. We check this at the start, before committing to anything. You don't need to change your software; we build around what you already use, such as your CRM, Idealista, Fotocasa, your website, WhatsApp, email, calendar, Drive, e-signature tools, ERP or other APIs. If your CRM publishes well to portals or handles the accounting, it stays: we build on top of it, synchronise or migrate in parts. If the problem is the CRM itself, we can design one around only what you need, as we describe in custom CRM.
Each system is designed around the sensitivity and confidentiality of what a real estate agency handles: identity documents, buyers' financial data, contracts and offers in progress. We apply role-based permissions, data separation so each user sees only what applies to them, change logs, protected credentials, backups and human approval where needed; integrations access only authorised systems. The AI provider and model are chosen with you according to privacy, cost and type of task. As data controller, the agency decides how it complies with the GDPR; we do not give legal advice and we build to the requirements you set.
Repetitive work automates well: assigning leads by area, property type or budget, extracting what the client is looking for from each conversation and taking it to the CRM, matching buyers and properties, reminding about viewings, asking for feedback after each viewing, alerting compatible buyers when a price drops, preparing owner reports and organising simple notes, IBI (property tax) receipts or floor plans. An AI WhatsApp assistant can answer questions and propose viewings. What we don't automate is commercial judgement: the viewing, the negotiation, the price and the client relationship stay in the agent's hands, who joins the conversation when it adds value. Nor do we promise automatic valuations that you cannot stand behind.
Digitup Studio is a technical studio in Madrid, founded in 2019, that designs and builds custom software, AI and automations, and is led directly by its two partners. Stas Nikitin, CEO, handles product, strategy and project management; Anton Zverev, CTO, leads architecture and development. They are your contacts from start to finish, and the project does not pass to a junior team after the first meeting. Depending on what is needed, specialists from our network in UX/UI, frontend, backend, data or AI join in, but the people in charge do not change.
We have not yet published a case study for a real estate agency or a developer. The closest is Tasaciones.com, an official property valuation platform that we built from scratch: UX/UI design, a client app, assignment of each request to the accredited appraiser by area and property type, viewing coordination, status tracking and a back office. Our Sortlist profile also includes reviews from two real estate companies for design and web work, such as an investor portal. In total we have built more than 50 projects since we started; in case studies you can see internal systems, apps, chatbots and AI projects.
The first step is a 30-minute, no-obligation call with Anton Zverev, the CTO. You don't need to arrive with a solution in mind: just tell us how leads come in, which CRM and portals you use, how you coordinate viewings and where follow-up gets lost. We review the case, propose a technical approach and phases, and also tell you if we think it isn't worth building. If it fits, we start with a limited first version, for example WhatsApp with a unified inbox. You book the call from the contact page, where you can also leave us a message.
We don’t want to sell you another real estate product. We want to understand how your business works and find where technology, automation and AI can help you acquire, sell and manage better.
A process, a tool or an idea. That’s enough to get started.
