Digital request
Guided form with property type, address and purpose of the valuation.
A platform turning a slow, opaque errand — ordering an official property valuation — into a digital request connected to a network of certified appraisers across Spain.
The simple face for the client and the machinery that makes that simplicity possible.
Guided form with property type, address and purpose of the valuation.
Order assignment to the certified professional by area and property type.
Clear statuses from request to visit and report delivery.
Access to the valuation result with full legal validity for the client.
Panel of orders, statuses, assigned appraisers and territorial coverage.
Clear experience and jargon-free language for users outside the sector.
An appraisal is needed at specific moments and almost always in a hurry: applying for a mortgage, dividing an inheritance, buying or selling a home, a court process. Clients rarely know the sector, don't know who to call and have no idea how long it will take or what it will cost.
On the other side there is a network of certified professionals spread across the territory, each with their own schedule and coverage area. The friction point was never the appraisal itself, a well-defined technical task, but everything around it: ordering, assigning, scheduling the visit, tracking progress and delivering the report.
The product had to be understandable for someone who will order an appraisal once or twice in their life. That demands plain language, a minimal form and explicit expectations: what happens after the request, when the appraiser visits and when the report arrives.
At the same time, behind that simplicity sits a process with formal requirements: the report has legal validity, is signed by a certified professional and must be delivered according to regulation. The challenge was digitising the coordination — request, assignment, visit, report — without touching the rigour of the appraiser's work.
And there was a third layer, internal operations: without a panel showing orders, statuses and coverage by area, the team ends up managing over the phone and in spreadsheets — exactly what the product came to replace.
Digitup designed and built the whole platform: the end client experience — guided request, property details, order tracking and access to the report — and the interface supporting it, with a sober identity conveying something essential in this sector: trust.
The least visible and most decisive piece was the operational flow. Every request becomes an order with its own status, is assigned to the right certified appraiser by property type and area, and moves through traceable phases until the report is delivered. The internal team runs everything from a back office with the order pipeline, the appraisers and territorial coverage.
The result is a product where the commercial promise — “one click” — rests on a real, controlled process rather than on an expectation later resolved by phone.
Tasaciones.com was created to digitise one of the most uncomfortable steps in any real estate transaction: getting an official appraisal. The proposition was clear from the product's own name — your appraiser in one click, easy and with full legal validity — and it required combining a very simple user experience with a regulated professional process behind it.
Digitup built the product from scratch: experience and interface design, the application for the end client, and the operational logic connecting each request with the network of certified appraisers who carry out the valuation on site.
The core of the system is the order state machine: requested, assigned, visit scheduled, under appraisal, report delivered. Modelling those states well — and who can move them — is what lets client, appraiser and internal team always see the same reality without calling each other.
On that model we built the client application, the assignment logic by area and property type, document management for the report and the operations back office, with an architecture ready to add new valuation types or expand the professional network without rebuilding the flow.
Tasaciones.com brought individuals and companies a service traditionally hired over the phone, through intermediaries and with no visibility of the process. Ordering an appraisal became a digital transaction with status, timelines and an identified professional behind it.
For Digitup, the project is representative of a kind of brief we repeat often: regulated sectors where technology doesn't replace the professional but organises everything happening around their work.
Tasaciones.com is a digital platform connecting individuals and companies with a network of certified appraisers to request official property valuations with full legal validity, tracking the order until the report is delivered.
Digitup Studio built the product from scratch: UX/UI design, the end client application, the assignment logic for the appraiser network, order tracking and the operations back office.
Because the client experience depends on it. If the request isn't assigned properly, the visit isn't coordinated or the status isn't visible, the promise of immediacy collapses. The state flow is what keeps everyone looking at the same information.
Yes. Digitup Studio has worked in finance, insurance, real estate, legal and healthcare, where software has to coexist with formal requirements, traceability and accredited professionals.
Yes, and it is usually advisable: first the essential request, assignment and delivery flow with a minimal back office, then automations, payments, integrations and advanced dashboards as volume grows.
